Revision of Switzerland's AML Act

The revision of Switzerland's Anti-Money Laundering Act shifts the duties for Swiss firms noticeably, above all in identifying beneficial owners and in documentation. Together with our partner Vertec we set out in Zurich what changes in concrete terms, and from when. We then use a live mandate to show how the Legalian integration in Vertec triggers the check from the familiar interface and files the results against the mandate in an audit-proof way.
